The excellent 18-hole, par 72 golf course was exclusively designed by Dave Thomas, one of the most prestigious European golf designers. A selection of recreational facilities is on offer at the resort including swimming pools, playgrounds, tennis and paddle courts. The town centre will include a variety of bars and restaurants catering for all different culinary tastes and the selection of shops will please most enthusiasts. Along with all the facilities on site, the developers have also purchased an exclusive villa on the La Manga strip which will be transformed into a state of the art beach resort. Ferries will cross the waters of the Mar Menor on a regular basis each day and will provide owners with a place of comfort and quality to relax. The renowned hotel chain, De Vere are opening their first hotel outside of the United Kingdom on this resort which confirms the quality which will be on offer. The intimate 4* hotel will house a health centre and restaurant to enhance the facilities on the resort.
